I hit a BSOD yesterday and after the computer booted back up it hangs on the Starting windows screen with the windows logo. Google searches seemed to indicate that it was a result of an issue with a windows update that caused issues with the driver signature enforcement.

I attempted to run the "disable driver signature enforcement option" and it still hangs as well as attempting to use the "Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b" to run in test mode, neither of which allow me to boot successfully with the drivers enabled.

I've also tried going back to some previous restore points and it still hangs.

If I disable the display drivers in device manager in safe mode, I am able to boot into windows normally. If I remove the device drivers, I am able to boot into windows normally. If I install the drivers from windows automatically, or from the installer on these forums/the HP website, It hangs on the starting windows screen.

Any Suggestions, Or anyone else encountered this recently?

    Thanks.
