After having it in sleep mode, sometimes when watching a video the little window the video is in goes green and up comes the BSOD.

It only happens sometimes though, and only after being in sleep mode. Playing games seems to be fine too, so only videos cause it.

Any idea what is causing the problem?

Sounds like a video driver issue. Try doing a complete removal, then install the latest ATI drivers.

I currently have the most recent video driver. Should I still reinstall the latest one?

If this started after a recent driver update, you may have to go to the last version you were using. I've got an ancient desktop w/ GeForce 7300GT that BSOD when I tried to install the last drivers released for it.

Try using Driver Wiper to completely remove the current driver and the Catalyst Control Center. AMD's site has previous versions of drivers that can be installed without the CCC. Give that a go.

Hmm that could help. Thing is I got it used so it's only ever had this driver.
