How is the Envy 15 Battery Slice?

I'm planing to take my Envy 15 to travel and i need a little more battery life then the 2 hours i'm getting. But I heard the battery slice has connectivity issues?

    Anyone have any experience?

I have the slice, works perfectly fine. You will more than double your battery life with it (slice: 9cell, battery: 6cell)

I'm willing to sell it if you want, because I barely use it (2hrs is fine for what I do)
In my country, the slice was included with the envy itself.

There are some connectivity issues. I think HP should have done a little bit more research to make sure that it connects more securely than the relatively weak system they have now.

Every now and then, the battery comes "loose", as there's no real clicking "lock" mechanism to hold it in place, just a "slider" that is kind of loose. That's one of the few things that I don't like about my slice battery. Sure it makes the laptop quite a bit heavier, but I enjoy my 5-ish hours of battery life. It has a nice secondary benefit of lifting the laptop off my lap. That's important because the intake fans are on the bottom of the laptop. There's a small gap between the bottom of the laptop and the batter that lets airflow work OK.

I never had problems, there is some sort of hook (click). When that's attached properly it wont move
