This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     When I press the button to adjust screen brightness, the screen changes brightness very gradually. I was wondering if it's possible to make the adjustment go faster, or even be instantaneous. So if I were to press the button to increase brightness, then the screen would immediately jump to the next higher brightness level.
