    Envy 15 and DV6 Backlit Keyboard

    I just could help but notice, that both keyboard layouts are similar. Do you guys think its possible to install the DV6tse or DV6zse backlit keyboard in an Envy 15.

    No, or at least not without sawing through the Envy 15's chassis. ;) AFAIK, instead of having a keyboard tray or anything like that, the Envy 15 has its keys cut directly out of the case, like on a Macbook Pro. I suppose you may be able to get the Envy 15's keyboard out of the bottom and replace it, but odds are the circuit boards, etc. will be incompatible.

    For all that kind of work, you might as well get some glow-in-the-dark paint for the letters on the Envy 15's keyboard. :p
