Been googling around, so far i've hit a brick wall with some people saying that the ati 5830 is hard wired in that its not possible to undervolt without playing around with the BIOS itself.

    Anyone got this to work?

I would love to hear of success in this area as well. Seems like a little undervolt could go a long way.

    Same here (4830M)
Would be interested in both ways (higher and lower voltage)

I would love to hear good news about that too, hope someone discovers a solution.
