I've got a 2090-R. I've uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times the drivers for the wireless card. I cant connect to any networks without restarting, it wont reconnect after sleep or hibernation, and sometimes wont connect at all. I've experienced this on open networks, WEP, and WPA(2) networks all the same.

Hi Alf - I was having the same issue on my 2100 when waking up from sleep. Have you tried waiting a minute or so after waking up to see if it ends up connecting?

The other night, I was testing this to see if I could fix the problem. I woke the computer, then left the room for a few minutes to take care of something. When I returned I saw that it had connected to my wireless network again. I timed this and it takes about 30-60 seconds to reconnect after waking up, which isn't a deal-breaker for me.

I'm using the latest wireless driver from HP Support Assistant. I don't have the version number here at work with me, though.
