    Hello all Experts out there...

I Just ordred mail pre-build Envy 17 3d 2090 , witch comes from the factory with no option to cusomaize , and have the 2 X 750GB (5400RPM) Hard drives.

    My Questions is:
    1) does it comes pre defines to work at Raid 0 ?
2)Do i have to do something to make it work this way ?
3)If i start my computer at the first time without doing it , can it be done later without installing windoes again ?

    Thanks a lot!

    ido.

    1. Not 100% sure but it should come with both striped (RAID0).

    2. If it doesn't come setup this way, then you will need to raid them yourself and restore using a recovery disk.

    3. No. Creating/deleting a raid array is a destructive task. Reinstall is necessary. Generally we go through the initial computer setup. Create recovery disks using the recovery manager. Break/create raid arrays. Restore from DVD's (fix boot issues if necessary - there is a guide floating around on how to do this).
