All,
I noticed that costco was offering a version of the envy x2 with a 128gb ssd for $100 more than the 64gb version. Which wouldn't really be a big thing if it wasn't for the fact that the envy x2 is based on clovertrail which only supports 64gb emmc storage, so you can't put 128gb in one.
So I went to HPs site and tried to build one, and sure enough there is a 128gb option but it gives you a error that you need to select a different processor whenever you pick it.
So is there a version of the envy x2 coming with an i series cpu and 128gb ssd. It list it as having 7+ hrs of battery life, probably with the dock attached if its an i series cpu.
Anyone have info on this yet?

I don't believe there are any plans for a Core i, at least what I've heard from HP. I do see now that there's another processor option that's just the Intel Atom but with 128GB SSD option. I don't doubt you're right about the 64gb emmc storage support limit (unaware of this myself) but HP must be finding some way around this if they're now presenting the option.
Envy x2 version with i-series processor? 128gb ssd?
