I just bought within 5 days a new pavilion, hp.
I installed Firefox, acrobat reader, itunes. now I have an error message when the computer shuts down. something I take it did not install right. I have done a system restore to where the new software was downloaded. Do I uninstall of the software or do I brin git back to get this messages off of my screen

it says something like this, it's hard to get it because it goes fast but it's annoying because it was not there when I first got the system.

    ox76co3e16 network error... ???

Try this and see if you can't get it. Or try this: Right click on
the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
    Automatically Restart.
Or this: An alternative is to keep pressing the F8 key during Start-Up and select
option - Disable automatic restart on system failure.
