Hey everybody, I ordered a DV6Z-SE from HP on 7/23. I was given an estimated build date of 8/3. I was wondering if that was the day they would send it, or if they would ship it the next day. When should I expect it to arrive? My order status is: "Order in production".

    Thanks!

Usually they take exactly one week to build and then arrive within 2-5 business days with the standard shipping so you can usually expect to get it +/- 2 days from the original estimated build date.

Okay, well today, it was picked up for shipping in Shanghai and earlier it said it would arrive before 4:30 PM on 8/3. Now it says it will arrive before 4:30 PM on 8/4. Should I call or is that normal?

If it was picked up by FedEx today then you will probably get it on the 3rd anyway but even if you don't getting a CTO laptop one day after the estimated build date is nothing strange.
