    Please help to evaluate the following
    ‎DV6-6020EJ (‎Intel® Core i5 2410M Processor, ‎AMD Mobility Radeon™ HD 6770M Switchable Graphics, With 1GB dedicated graphics memory, 4GB ram‎ ;) see full specs below.
    I intend to buy this notebook for studying (student in comp eng) and running games.


    The main questions are:

    1. What is the avergage fps when playing The Witcher 2 in high settings? Does it go beneath 20 fps?
    2. When running a game like witcher 2 or crysis 2, will my laptop suffer from overheat issues?

    I play "The Witcher 2" on my hp dv6 using high setting and it run smoothly with high frame rate.

    and don't you suffer from hit issues? Is your computer get so hot that it doesn't feel comfortable to touch the mouse pad or clicking (typing) the keyboard?

    i can run the witcher 2 at a constant 30fps on medium settings with the same specs except 8gb of ram and the quad i7, except this game is quite graphics heavy so you should expect similar framerate

    and as strange as this might sound, my laptop used to get pretty hot to the touch at the top left corner but now it just gets moderately warm. the temperature still gets around 75-80 C while gaming but its not as hot up there anymore ^_^
