I noticed when customing my r4000 that the extra battery options only include two 12-cell or two 8-cell. after thinking about it i think that having one 12-cell and one 8-cell is not a bad idea. does anyone else think this is a good idea?

depends on what you wil be doing with it. If your going to be sitting with it plugged in most of the time, then yea, that should be plenty. But if your going to be on the go more, i think a 12 and an 8 cell battery is O-K, but 2 12 cell batteries are much better!
