I've been trying for days to try and figure this out. Shouldn't eyefinity be possible on the new Envy 15? It has an up-to-date graphics card a displayport and a HDMI port. So I don't see any reason why it can't run two external screens + the built in screen and support Eyefinity. I've seen someone run this on a Envy 14 and the 15 has everything plus more so why not? Has anyone successfully tried this? I have all the right stuff including an active and certified displayport to vga adaptor but even with this I can't get all three screens to work. The problem is the CCC that hp has provided us with doesn't let you manage desktops it seems to be missing some tabs. I've even tried hp tech support (you see how desperate I am for answers) and they couldn't give me any good reason. So please send me your experiences/findings. Thank you!!

Only Envy17 support this feature, while Envy15 not.

Yes I appreciate you reminding me of that. But just because it's not supported doesn't mean it's not possible. Even if the eyefinity isn't possible has anybody been able to run two external displays with the built in display? If I could just find a way to manage this through CCC rather than windows maybe it would be possible?

I know for a fact someone was able to hook up two external displays on the envy 14, but the notebook display was off. I have two displays but I'd need to get a display port adapter to check, anyone else have that kind of setup already? it would be a quick thing to check

"Support for multiple displays with 1 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI port"

Taken directly from HP Envy15 | HP Envy

I intend to use the HP HDMI->VGA adapter for one external monitor, and a DisplayPort direct connection for the other.

It had better work AND be supported.

Yes I've tried with one HDMI and one displayport to vga. I even got one that was active and certified by AMD, but I couldn't get both of them to work with the built in display. Please let me know if you have any luck!!

Here is a link from this website of someone running all three displays on a envy 14 and even using eyefinity to group them together for a game.

Sorry to dig up an old thread but has anyone got this working successfully? I've got my two external monitors working via HDMI and DP -> HDMI but can't get Win 7 or Catalyst to enable more than 2 at a time.

Is there a driver download from AMD that extends Eyefinity features for the 15t?

I'll bring up this question yet again, since it seems like a solution has yet to be published, not on this website nor anywhere else I can find. Here goes:

I have an HP Envy 15t-300, and aim to connection two external monitors (thus achieving three in total, including the laptop itself). I have an HDMI cable going into an HDMI monitor, as well as a DP -> VGA adapter (active and certified by AMD). The Catalyst Control Center recognizes that both external monitors exist, and I can turn on one or the other without any problem - but I cannot connect to both simultaneously!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Catalyst Control Center, trying the files from both HP and AMD directly, but without any luck. I'm out of ideas and I've almost lost my mind over this - it should be possible, as the product claims support for multiple displays.

Please, please someone advise. . .

    Thanks!
