Have any of you updated your dv6500t machines to the F33 bios? Any changes (other than the noted ones) to the way the machine runs? Fan speed the same or different? boot time? etc.

I am thinking of updating my machine but if there are no benefits other than those of compatibility with Wireless N etc, then I will not bother.

My advice usually follows the old adage "Don't fix it if it isn't broken!" So unless it is something that you are having a problem with or you need a known upgraded ability with a new BIOS then stick with what you have. Often times I have had to restore my BIOS back to an older known working version because the newer BIOS update was a little problematic. Just make sure to create a copy of your current known working BIOS before upgrading, it can save your neck if the new one is just plain buggy.
