This thread is for those who have already posted in other threads and or have not read those posts can visit this thread. As some have known and others being scammed by a seller on eBay as well Amazon selling a A8 3530mx. This seller is selling defective or fake APUs that do not run at suggested clocks nor do they perform as they should but rather only run up to 1733mhz with much lower than normal performance compared to other models as well a true a8 3530mx. If you have bought one from that seller I suggest that you try to get your money back or send your complaints to either Paypal, AMD, or any government authority that can appropriately handle the situation.

Selling fake/counterfeit or stolen items can and do have legal conciseness that can result in heavy fines even prison.
