Alright, i have noticed that my fan has been coming on alot more recently and i dont think that this is because of dust build up or anything because the laptop is only 2 months old at max.

Is this just me been paranoid because its winter so the heating will be on making the laptop warmer.. or is this a common thing with HP laptops?

    P.s.

The fan comes on when the cpu his 30 degrees C
The goes to about middle speed if it gets to 45
and then goes on full whack at 50

    Just for note:

    The system is running the

F.0C bios, which is what it came with standard, but when i lookerd on the HP drivers website, the most recent they have up is the F.07 one which is dated for 2007

Yeah those temps seem normal for the fan to come on....when I updated my bios though the fan is now always running right from boot, which is pretty annoying and really hurts my battery life...

Could be cpu thermal pad/compound is getting worn out?

Look into putting AS5 onto the proc, that'll help with temps :)
