    FedEx Lost my Laptop

    It is UNBELIEVABLE that Fedex lost my new laptop from HP.They could not locate it, how it could be? They shipped it to Fedex local station then lost it.The package never left the FedEx location!

    Well, it might be a while before you see a new notebook. FedEx has a mandatory period which says HP must wait something like a couple weeks before an insurance claim can be filed for the missing merchandise, then the investigation takes place, then compensation is handed out to the sender.

    If HP is nice, it will send you out a new notebook before this process is complete.

    The laptop was delivered to the city I lived last Wed, then the status was changed to "fedex destination facility" . I called fedex after that, and they could not find where it is. The Fedex custerm service is a joke, they keep says the manager will call me, but I NEVER got the call. This morning I called again and finially they said sorry, you laptop was lost.
