    1) Yeah that should be fine as long as your not seeing any overheating issues. Your CPU temp seems fine as well.

    2) Playing BF3 on it should be fine. As long as your playing on a flat surface like a table that isn't hindering the fan. Also as long as the fan is clean your temps should be fine and it won't effect the longevity of the computer. Which leads into question

    3) I would open it up every so often to make sure there's no dust build up in the computer especially the fans.

    4) As for drivers you can check intel's site or the designated manufacture for the part. But at times depending on the component, your better off sticking with the manufactures drivers.
