The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

So this is my final thread i promise, i keep making new ones because people stop replying to my previous threads.

    Final question is,

Will the new tx2000 be expected to for an update by summer? Such as, intel based, new amd platform, light up keyboard, new graphics... etc? Or in another words is there ANY reason I should wait until the summer to get the tx2000 oppose to now because there is a coupon out right now

You are not getting any responses because nobody knows the answer. Anyone can only speculate about what HP is going to do. The only people who know what's going on are executives at HP, who don't come to forums like this, and if they did they are legally bound not to talk about future product plans until some official date.

orev and dinapoli hit the nail on the head. Also, you don't have to keep creating new threads, just go and post anything new in the thread and it will be bumped to the top. That's why you see people posting "bump" and nothing else sometimes.

Oh well the reason why I create a new thread is because I ask a new question in my old thread and people generally dont read everyones comments. Anyways I guess it makes sense that no one knows the answer, but do any of you guys have any hunches? can anyone here speculate?
