    Hi

    I've installed

    1. HP Protection secure manager tool
    2. Credential manager and
    3. Authentec Fingerprint driver

    Yet, in Credential mangaer in i'm unable to register my fingerprint in "My Identity". When i click on "Register credential" all i get is the following options:

    1. Password
    2. smart card

    In the Multifactor Authentication i see the "fingerprint authentication" as not registered.

    Pls help me in registering the fingerprint and using it.
