On my dv6500t, firefox randomly shuts down. Its definitely not any add-ons because it was doing that even when I first installed it after a fresh xp install, and it didn't have any addons then. If it wasn't for session saver, I would be screwed! Anyone experienced similar problem?

I had random crashes before on XP, by crashes, I mean, FireFox just suddenly disappeared...no error messages...nothing..
So I had to do a total reinstall..(be sure to backup your bookmarks first)

Now on Vista, FireFox only crashes when I watch videos that needed QuickTime player..Apple still doesn't have a Vista compatible quicktime web player yet...sigh...

On my dv6500t...firefox will occasionally be trying to download a web page and i'd get the circle icon and the firefox window would just whiten until i tell vista to end the task.

mine says not responding, freezes for like 5-10 seconds and the mouse turns into a spinning circle, then everything works fine.

    why??
