Besides sending back for service (many bad experiences and ricky!!)...has anyone fixed by him/herself? How easy? I read a post that a guy did it with some super glue...google on 'dead hp computers'
Bottom line: do not ever buy from HP.

unless you can put a new ac pin on the motherboard...your **** outta luck...
just be happy that u are in warranty and you arent getting charged 649 just to get a ****in ac pin replaced

wow, glad we have the bad word filters turned on here, if you're being truthful about being an HP call service person then hopefully when you talk to customers on the phone HP has realtime filters for such language.
