So last night I dropped a especially heavy and abrasive object on my Envy 14 and my screen has a few not-so-minor scratches on it.

I tried rubbing an eraser on it and it got rid of some of the smaller scratches but the deep ones are still in there, dead center on my screen.

I was thinking of trying to use Brasso metal polisher, but I read that it'd just make things worse. Is that right?

I don't want to send in for warranty because first, I'm not sure it would be covered, and second, I have a Radiance screen and absolutely do NOT want to have to downgrade to a lower resolution. I'd rather just keep the scratches.

    Any suggestions?

There's nothing viable you yourself can do at this point. Those deeper scratches are permanent.

Agreed. The less you touch transparent plastic, the better.
