According the HP total care, they said to upgrade my bios to F.21 so i did. It ran then it froze, i didn't know what to do so i left it running overnight i came back and the screen was black but the quickplay lights were still on

i contacted HP customer service and they told me to take out the AC, battery and the CMOS battery so i did to reset the BIOS. Now it won't work

Try using the CMOS clear jumper after removing the battery, then put the battery back in. If the computer won't start after clearing CMOS that means you have bricked the motherboard with a bad flash and need to buy a new one or return the motherboard to the factory so they can unbrick it.
