This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    They say it is a 7200 rpm drive i have not heard Toshiba having them myself but i could be wrong

    As far as hard drives go in notebooks Toshiba is the best out there(in my personal opinion).I have never heard any bad reviews on a toshiba notebook hard drive.I have heard bad things about fujitsu and hitachi they were the first drive installed in archos mp3 players many years ago and they were being replaced left and right.So my own personal expierence i try to stay with Toshiba notebook drives or if no toshiba is available i will go with a seagate drive
