I have a copy of Windows 7 ultimate sitting here I never got around to installing on my desktop. Logical thing to do now is the second my HP arrives to reformat with a clean install and no bloat-ware.

    Two questions.

If for some reason I decided to return it, will that complicate it? Should I give it a week to know I like it first?

Is there any reason not to do this? I cannot think of one, but I do not always think of everything :).

installing ultimate on there won't complicate things that much but you'll wanna reset the computer factory defaults before returning it (reinstall off of the recovery partition)
