So according to the spreadsheet available from intel.com and everywhere else I have seen, the core duo T2250 processor (like I have) has a 533 mhz FSB. The weird thing is, every diagnostic program I have run says my FSB and memory is going at 667 mhz and the memory is labelled 667 mhz. Can someone explain to me please what is going on?

LOL, Magic, but really I don't know maybe the software is mistaking your Core Duo for a Core 2 Duo.

It identifies the processor as a 1.73 mhz intel core duo, which is what it is. On my old machine I used WCPUID to monitor FSB and multipiers, but i've tried it out on a couple of dual core machines and it always results in a BSOD. Know any other good programs that might help prove I'm running at 533?

Thanks, I'll give that a shot when I get my computer back from HP. It seems to work well on the P3 screamer I'm using in the meantime ;)
