    G62 vs dv6t ... Thoughts?

    Well, I think the title explains it all. I'm torn between the G62 and the dv6t. Currently I see one main benefit to each:

    G62 - Better Processor (I'd go with the i5-540)
    dv6t - Better Battery (I'd go with the extended 6-cell)

    Other then those two differences, I'd stick with 4GB of RAM and a 512MB video card. Are there any other differences between the two? I do like the looks of the G62...does it really compare (feel wise) with the Envy? Is there any reason to splurge for the Envy? I'll be using this as my everyday home computer...surfing the web, some programming, a lot of office work, a little graphic design.

    the video card in the Dv6t will be better for sure... the memory of the card will not matter... and since card is not upgradeable unlike processor , get Dv6t...

    If you don't need much of battery life then get the G62 since it's new technology.
    If you need longer battery life, dv6t is a way to go.
