I have an HP DV6433cl with a gma 950. I just tried to update my driver to see if games would run better. Now, at the log in screen and when the UMA popup appears there is a horizontal black bar about 1/4" thick that stretches from edge to edge and it scrolls at random up and down.

I've tried reverting back but that bars are still there!

To those who have a GMA950 what version driver are you using?

and maybe i should've posted this in the HP forum...

Try System Restore to go back before you installed new driver.

Doing that is what caused the problem....

I'll give it a shot but I think I disabled system restore...

Can someone give me a driver version of what they are using? I've looked up my model on HP.com and intel.com and used the one in the recovery partition and they all differ in version and none of them fix the problem.
