Do you have any specific games you're wanting to know about? And are you going for the 5470 or 5650

I've read multiple places that you can play BFBC2 at medium-high settings.

    And it's confirmed

    Frames: 2482
    Time: 60 sec.
    Min: 18
    Max: 58
    Avg: 41.367

The settings are high, high, medium, medium - in order. Only 1x AA/MSAA though at native resolution (1366 x 768).

As for the 18 minimum, that happens during a C4 explosion and once the explosion dies down it jumps back up to 40-60 fps right away.

Depending on the map, you might get more, I've had framerates exceed 60 into the 70 range. I was playing that snow map... harbor something.

    Have fun
