I have a dv8379ea with a GeForce Go 7600 video card. My laptop simply stops working and need to restart in all 3D applications, like games or benchmarks(3d mark, pc mark). The image freeze and that's it. This happens only in this type of applications, in Windows app there are no problems.
I've instaled all the possible drivers, made all the possible updates, instaled even Vista. Could be a hardware problem, and if so, can it be fixed ?

What video driver are you using? I'm guessing stock.
