    I am wondering if the video cards in the DV5T or the HDX16t are defective models the 9600gt by any chance and if they is HP extending the factory warranty?

    those are the above models i am looking to buy but whats holding me back is i have seen so many posts on how HP gives 500$ off coupons and etc. is this coming back in november by any chance, because i will hate to spend the money and not save 300$ or so.

    whats the trend with HP discounts? there is a good deal right now on the HDX16t with free blu-ray and some other stuff but it comes down to 1550 with the specs i want and not a single coupon is available

    any ideas?
