I just got off the phone with HP tech support. I was having a problem with an updated Conexant Audio driver not installing correctly. The person I talked to actually spoke English (it was good enough that I had no way to tell if they weren't American). They didn't make me jump through ridiculous obvious hoops. I even had to go to a meeting mid-way through the call, but they called back at the time I asked them to call back and we continued the support call.
All in all, very happy with the support I got.

Yes. (Believe me, I wouldn't have left it at that if they problem hadn't resolved.)
