Got my DV6500t!!!!!!

Glad I didn't get two day shipping.Shipped on Wednesday and arrived today. Estimated arrival date was Monday.

 

OMG, I order my dv9500t on june 7th, it's still in production!!

 

I did notice this morning that the estimated ship date on the dv9500t is 3 days further than the dv6500t (when both are equipped with nVidia graphics).

 

Ya I got mine too!! wOOt! Shipped wed, was in "int'l shipment release" yesterday, delivery was for Monday, but the fedex guy buzzed and I was jumping all over the place! Gonna open the box now..that was 2 days and free shipping

 

Bleh, Mine's still stuck in international shipping in Indiana. =[

 

i did the same thing with a dv9500t from costco and it also is in production. i feel your pain

 

Beautiful. Get ready for the bloatware attack. Un-Install Norton, play with it for a few days, make the recovery discs, then follow my guide to have a lean mean machine.

Got My DV6500t Thurs. 6/14
WEBCAM MIC HELP! I have now been on the phone with HP tech support since Fri. Problem: the mic won't work with the webcam!!!!!!
I spoke to 3 different tech sppt guys we have tried a number of different things (including them taking over the computer remotely), they can't figure out why it will make a video with the webcam but won't record the sound. If they can't fix it over the phone, I will send have to return it...this is disheartening since this is one expensive laptop for me and if it goes back who knows what will be wrong with the next one. Anyone with any ideas?

 

I got my DV6500T on Friday. It was shipped out Wednesday and arrived Friday morning when I was still in school. I had to pick it up later in the day, but hey I'm enjoying it now.

 

only thing that bugs me about my dv6500t is the 1280x800 max resolution, wish they had more options....

 

Has anyone gotten a 6500tse yet?
