I just got a dv9000 back too. They even replaced my cracked screen casing in the lower left corner due to hinge crack. I got a new screen lid the front bezel and the speaker cover for free which was unrelated to the problem.

I am about to send my 9000 off tomorrow, what was your turn around time from when you sent it to when you got it back?
