Can't seem to open catalyst nor reinstall amd drivers.

i dont exactly know when this all occured. But after updating my catalyst to 11.8 it worked perfectly fine for quite sometime.

After doing a reboot, it all goes downhill. so i decided to revert back to 11.7. which for some reason also gave me a full on black screen after the login sequence.

so I thought maybe those two installation were corrupted, so i used the one in the SWSETUP. which btw also surprisingly a full on black screen after the Loading WIndows Screen.

So i decided to do a system restore, that has the graphics driver working properly but without catalyst opening.

So my question is, anyhow know how to reinstall the amd drivers without having a black screen and a unresponsive "windows normal mode"
