My graphics card is no longer switching to power save mode when running on the battery, and it wont let me manually change it?

    Anyone had this problem?

I addition, i still have the Hp support centre installed, but it wont bring up my model and serial number details, anyone know where else i can find these?

Have you tried using System Restore to roll your computer back to a time when these features were working correctly? To do so, click on Start, then type System Restore in the search box, then open it and follow the on screen instructions.
