    Guys with ST9500420AS Hard Disk, do you see freezes during gaming?

    I currently tend to conclude some freezes I get during gaming for seconds (and then back to normal) are related solely to the hardware of the disk.

    At first I didn't think about it but then I googled that Apple had the exact same model (and maybe DELL too) with the exact or similar problem and they upgraded it with a firmware update.

    However, it hard to use the knowledge here since I start from a completely different firmware here 0006HPM1 and it appears dangerous to update it with a version it's not designed to be update it with. Though the model of the disk is identical.
