    HD TrueVision HD Webcam has pixel grids & motion blurring | 1080p screen unaligned

    Model: DV6tqe 6100 / 6770M / 1080p / i7-2630

    I was skyping with a friend when she commented that a pixel grid is visible on the fullscreen mode. The grid is visible to me as well and I am wondering if this is a hardware issue? I have had this laptop for a full week now. Here's a (magnified) screenshot of how it is on my screen:

    Also, there is a lot of motion blurring:

    I have the 1080p screen and it is unaligned on top, left and right. The screen cuts off before the edge of the screen panel. I see a 4px black bar on top, around 8-10px on left, and 6-8px on the right, but the bottom is almost fine - 2px off. I am not sure if the screen has not been aligned or if the display is messed up. Its same on both Intel and ATI GPUs. I'll try to post a picture of it if you guys don't understand what I am talking about.

    I have this same grid problem! do you know of a solution?

    hmm... I have not seen this issue before. Then again, i dont use the cam much. When i used it before though there was no grid.
