    Hello this is my first post on this forum :) Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to the problem I have.

    Recently bought a HDMI cable for my girlfriends laptop (HP DV6519TX) so I can surf the net and watch movies from the laptop through the TV.

    Question is how do I get the sound to come through the HDMI connection, when I click on the sound options in control panel it comes up with these;

    Device options for sound are:

    Speakers (Realtek HD Audio)
    Speakers (Hands Free BlueTooth Audio)
    Realtek Digital Output ( Realtek HD Audio)

    When I choose he Digital Output option I still get no sound through the HDMI cable...??

    What do I have to do??

    Thanks.
