I have a HP HDX X16 1040US. After I format the laptop, I can't access the Quick Launch Button(adjust volume, treble, previous, pause, play, fast forward and so on).
Anyone here know how to fix it?
Please reply fast. Thanks in advance.

Tried going to HP's site, entering your model number and downloading the Quick Launch button driver?
