    HDX 16t DVD Drive Loose

    I've had my HP HDX 16t for a little over a year and barely ever use the DVD Drive. At most I would burn a DVD or two a month and would normally just have my laptop around the house. I just put in a DVD and it gets extremely loud and sounds like it's pretty bad. When the drive is open it feels very loose. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution? Thanks.
