Hi everyone. Here is the problem about my fingerprint sensor. Sometimes, when the laptop is in LOGGED OFF mode for couple hours, when I try to LOG ON - the fingerprint sensor does not read any prints. What I have to do to make it working again is to RESTART the system or to go to Device Manager and to disable-enable the fingerprint device.
Does anyone have same problem? I tried to reinstall the driver - no luck, tried to download older driver - no luck.

    Thanks in advance!

I usually have the fault "reader not recognized” or something to that extent, when I have my 18 in hibernate mode for a while and then try to turn it back on. If I wait a minute or so, though, it comes back. Maybe it turns it off to save resources???

Thank you for your comment. I am not sure if that is the case as it does not disconnect all the times..
