    i wanted to know what your scores are for 3dmark are.

    might get rid of my 1730 if they are pretty good

    It's disappointing that an 18.4" only has 1 option for a graphics card, the 512MB 9600M GT. With a decent processor (say the T9400 or the T9600), it's most likely in the 5800-6000 range on a clean OS install.

    I was hoping that the HDX18, Acer 8930 and Vaio AW with their mammoth 18.4" screens and cases would be able to fit dual video cards or a more powerful single video card. But these machines are strictly designed for multimedia, watching movies, not gaming. :(

    Out of those three, some models of the Acer 8930 have an option for the Nvidia 9700M GT vs 9600M GT in the HP and Vaio.
