Work on the first day on the Laptop, between 1 hour to 3 hours and then suddenly stop working!
After that, I close the Laptop, and re-operation of the new work between 5 minutes to 15 minutes
Several experiments have tried did not work for me either by the heat there is no final heat
CPU temperature of 36C to 46C
GPU temperature of 45C to 53C
I hope that you find a solution

Are you on Battery?
Make sure if you're not you check your plug .
Also, check your sleep/shutdown/powersaver settings.Last edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -
Imbalance is not Windows, I've re-downloaded again Windows also suddenly stop
I extract the battery and the RAM is no good
Why wonder, knowing Lap Top works in both efficiencyLast edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -
I would try to help you, but your English is very difficult to comprehend. =/

System depends on the work suddenly
The problem is not Windows
To stop operating, even at the beginning of
Work 1 to 3 hours at the start
And then suddenly stop to work and I re-operation
Work between 5 minutes to 15 minutes -
Also, what work? CPU intensive, graphics intensive?
Are the vents clean? Do you use a cooling pad? The temperatures you posted don't look bad, but if I understand your situation correctly, you could have an over heating problem.
I hope this helps. Answering the above questions will help us help you. -

The flashing caps lock light indicates a CPU failure. I think you should call HP and get the motherboard replaced.
-
Only the first operation of this happening, and it remained closed and then reopened, but work less hours or freeze -
I understand that it is not a total failure but there's definitely something wrong with the CPU or motherboard. You should call support.

I agree though, sounds like an overheating issue to me.
Not only the CPU but Sometimes HDD's overheat and cause shutdowns and lockups..Last edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -

Symptom: LEDs blink or computer beeps
During startup, if the diagnostic utilities detect a specific problem with
hardware components, various LED lights on the keyboard blink a series
of codes to help identify the cause of the problem. On older models, a
series of beeps may sound instead of LEDs blinking. The blink codes
only appear for a short time after pressing the power button. When a
series of blink or beep codes does occur, the computer will pause and
then repeat the series of codes. Count the number of blinks or beeps to
help identify the error condition using the table below. If you miss
the series of blink or beep codes, restart the computer and wait for a
series of blink codes or beep codes to occur.LED / Beep Component Error Condition Blinking battery power LED Battery The AC adapter is attached and the battery is charging, but does not yet have sufficient charge to power the notebook. joziefmx,
Has this issue been resolved? If so, how? -
I thank everyone for their interest in the topic
Now the problem has been solved, but that changed after a mother and left!!!
So that the guarantor did not know the problem and contacted me and said need to change the mother board
Is it the manufacturers fault, or these are HP machines come on!! -
Do you have the link for other blinking lights as well for an HDX18?
Please and Thank You!
Be well, JWLast edited by a moderator: May 12, 2015 -
