    Whoaa...where is my post?

    Here it is again:

    hi all.
I had the chance to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit two weeks ago. Exact same copy I had since new from HP. I put a clean install of Win 7, a couple years back, removing Vista. They sent me the free Windows 7 since I bought this HDX18 right when Windows 7 was released.

Right now when I plug HDMI in to the TV I have to manually swap the audio device 'default' from 'Speakers & Dual Headphone' to 'Digital Audio Out (HDMI)" setting to get the audio down the HDMI. But it used to do that audtomatically for me for the past two years!...now won't.

I don't recall what I installed back then but what ever Windows Update installed for audio I thought I used. Maybe I stuck a HP driver on, some sort of SPxxxx. I forget.

Windows Update did a IDT audio driver (6.10.6276.0 From 3/23/2010 ) two weeks ago. Thats all I have for audio, without messing anything up.

Anyone know what I need to install? Thanks.
