This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Windows 7 is installed. I'm having an issue with 1 device that isn't recognized. It appears to be the card reader. I've attempted to install HP's driver, but it's not taking. Has anyone else had this issue and overcome it?
