Before I used Pscheck I was getting a PC Pitstop score of 6000 with my HP Pavilion m6 1035dx now I get 4500 or so.
I tried to force my overclock to 2.7 witch I did but performance went down by 10% ????
Currently my CPU's randomly bounce from 1.4-2.3 in pairs, ie. 2 cores jump to 2.3 and the other 2 will be at 1.4 and they no long go up to 2.7 or 3.2.

Now I just want to restore my stock setting but I have no Idea how.

    HELP !!!!!
    Thanks in advance

You need to unchecked all the other p-states and just leave 2700MHz only. Then this way it will force maximum all 4 core turbo.

Once you remove all other states, then there will be no bounce. Don't use the 3200MHz state, as that will freeze up your processor.

Check out the screenshot on the second page of my post of pscheck, that is what it should look like.

btw. You will be able to undervolt at 2700MHz slightly down from the stock 1.15v to at least 1.1v, if you are lucky then you maybe able to go down to 1.075v or lower :)

    cant wait to try pscheck...

hope you get yurs fixed siberslug!

even though the A10 is locked, both cpu and gpu...2.7ghz is a good boost and bonus with less volts!

just curious can you set a profile so its not running at 2.7ghz all the time? i was hoping to achieve the OC but still get the power savings of having it clock down when im not gaming...

also is it possible to keep all the default Power states and just tweak the voltages?

hopefully in the future with an updated program or a different one like k10stat( can't use this program right?) maybe these will clock higher as more people experiment and tweak the A10

getting my dv6z-7000 next week, just shipped from china, cant wait to try this!

anybody change thermal paste of these yet? from the other thread where somebody took it apart it looked like it had a good thermal contact and no excess.

    cheers

Yes and I was able to tweak all p-states voltage, even way down low. All the low multipliers are unlocked, therefore you can under lock and under volt even further. I got my A10 down to 0.675v at 800MHz
