    -Chipset
    -Software framework

    You're right as opening the network section raised an eyebrow! Are you lucky enough that its found the ethernet port or wi-fi?

    i dont know what to download. for example in network category are 12 elements,i dont know what to download?

    You need to figure out what hardware you have installed.

    How to Identify Unknown Device in Device Manager

    I'm glad someone else has already written the guide, so I don't have to :)

    Googling the device and vendor id's works also but I wouldn't use any
    software to look for the drivers, always use the manufacturers drivers.
